Lost account since upgrade

My old account islandman1010 is gone since the upgrade. I have tried support desk, tried reset password etc etc. Contacted Wiz and still nobody answers. All I can see is that my old account is now Guest but doesn't matter how I try I cant get back into it.

So now I cant log in to islandman1010 (password wrong, no email reset working) or islandman2020 (account unknown) Can you check again please.
