I need to gain access to a set of three Magento websites. I have no idea what the admin password is now, and I have no idea how much it would cost, so I'm open to suggestions. Obviously, I don't have enough knowledge myself to get back in. I would guess the pay would be $500 obo? PM me if interested.

If these are your sites do you have access to the backend (either via SSH or cPanel access)?

Are these your sites? If so, you should have access to cPanel, correct? It's a simple matter of changing your password in the database.

I know in Wordpress, you need to convert it to MD5 Hash first: http://www.md5hashgenerator.com/

Give this a read: http://kb.siteground.com/how_to_reset_admin_password_in_magento/

If this really is your site, and you have cPanel access, I'll be happy to do it for $500.

Treeofl1 is correct, however with respect, $500 is a little steep for a 10 minute job.

Forgive me: This is less simple than it seems. I have no access to cpanel, or MySql database. I'm completely locked out - the hosting company will not of course help me because I don't have ANY password anymore. Thanks for the replies.

Well if you lost password to your hosting, a simple mail or another way of contact will get your password reset and then you can carry on.

But I have a feeling you want to hack somebodies online stores and that is a big NO NO
