Does it mean that they will be stealing my money untill I will make the payout ? (even if I will start to make sales again?)

They class it as an "account management fee" (what, they have someone managing my account with $30 in it?! WTF!), but in reality it's because they know that most webmasters will earn next to nothing and eventually give up on clickbank and move onto something else as the OP did. Whatever the webmaster might earn in future - they'll never know because they forget to check their account.

That would mean that any commissions they generated would end up just sat there dormant in a bank account, so instead Clickbank want to take all of those earnings for themselves, and so they do it by syphoning off the money in fees.

yes they will
Lets say, the fees will groww up to 50$/week,
They will clean all cash on my account and what then -
- When I will start earning they will be again taking the 50$/week
- or they won't be taking my money for some time
?

It's quite important :>
Thank you for understanding

Happened to me too. Don't do business with them anymore. Seriously, how hard would it be to e-mail users and tell them to login.

Fuck, even fiverr can manage that.

been working with them for years now and support is decent

When you haven't been with them for years their answer is Fuck You. I contacted them. They told me to pull that dick out of my ass and send it back to them.
