I just checked my Crypto.com app account, and my Luna is still showing there.
That sucks but as the saying goes...

They need to find ways to get rid of it by exchanging it with platforms that still allow trading Luna.

here is the reason - when luna reached all time high it had supply like 90 million or something, now it has more than trillion supply
luna has unlimited supply and that is why its price went down that much, luna team to recover UST they kept on printing luna and kept on selling so they can peg UST but they failed
luna is a ponzi just like any other shitcoin and taking profit is never bad idea
there are people who literally bought like billion luna for few hundred dollar, lol if luna reach 1 USD how many people become billionaire
its sad so many people lost so much money in luna ponzi and its nothing new for crypto, most of the people gonna lose money cause its pump and dump shitcoin
