I think from all comments that the main issues are:
1. keyword density on-site (I over done it). I ll cut back some density, for the main keyword it was too much.
2. build more backlinks from pr>4 directories. (if there are more left in my country! ) (keyword is in foreign language...not english)
3. hope for the best.

You can use google blacklist domain checker to check if you worry.
But if you get blacklist, you will drop even worst and won't still stay in the 1st page.

What you need to is post more quality content and quality backlink to prevent it google dance effect.
