My newsletter is being sent to the Promotion tab and coincidentally my sales are not what they used to be. Anyone else losing money from the new change Google did with Gmail?

I have mixed feelings on the promotion tab so far. Pretty much it is just an excuse for G to show you ads, but they are making some email campaigns lose money by filtering emails in this fashion.

Another monopoly by google. It just killed email marketing. And now making marketers to use adwords for email promotions. You can now use adwords for sending emails like add's. It will appear first on promotions tab.

Yes this is a game changer for everyone in the Internet marketing world. This is proof on how things can change quickly and if we don't adapt we lose money. I for one won't let this stop me. And I see now how much Google has control over the web that I plan on slowly disassociating myself from their products.

Ah yes. I also noticed that lately. Is there a way to out of this? I would think perhaps if your contact added you in their list, then your newsletter will go directly to their inbox? Any thoughts?
