Lose Authority by moving your site to another server?

I have Multi-Hosting Service from HostGator. My question is if I decide one of my sites to sell or simply move to a separate hosting secondary account, does it impact on the backlinks?
Will I lose authority if I move my site from one server to another?
I don't like the idea of downloading articles then reuploading it to the other server because in this case, i mostly concerned about SEO or Authority

As longs as the new host is as fast as previous and you sim0ly migrate the website, you should see no change.

Just don't change URL structure.

If you mean a simple change of DNS, I can tell you I have done it many times with no impact on anything, other than speed.

However, if you are changing it from shared, it is likely to be faster anyway.
