You could sell it for ten bucks or whatever is the price on name for dot com's. Without any kind of content/history, it's not that valuable. It could be easily outranked by a non EMD in the niche, or by an EMD like flatsinLA if they have something on them.

Please note, in America we rarely use the word flat, apartment is much more common. With that said, I'd say the domains value is minimal at best.

Domains routinely sell for $xxx or even four figures without making a website. But this domain is unlikely to sell.

You would have better luck with LosAngeles​Flautas.com in my opinion.
