Hello fellas, an existing US customer of mine made a new internet connection with the ISP called AT&T. He notified us that website it's getting blocked by default as a malware although we have SSL. The website is in the SaaS business in the gaming industry (cheats). He can still whitelist the website from this Home Manager AT&T service but I can imagine people avoiding the website because of this. I am not sure if they block all websites on this niche but can I appeal to them or something? Maybe having a decent amount of trustpilot reviews will fix the issue?

Well, number of reviews on certain web site might be taken into account, but that is up to certain ISP. So better contact them and specify all possible details.

Scan your website with sucuri and see what score they give you.

Having ssl is not equal to "safe". Also, cheats. In corporative minds it's not far from offshore casino, fake pharma and Hungarian midget porn.

check for malicious scripts in your website.
sometimes it also blocks for phishing terms in your website content or in the domain name itself.

Mention your url for audit it could be so many causes - redirect , code inject ETC.,

ISP providers won't do anything, check your website
