loop rss feeds

Hi all again

I would like to know how to loop my rss feeds

For example
I am going to create a niche twiiter account, then a twitterfeed account
I will post a rss feed from my website to twitterfeed linking to my twitter account

What I want to do is, when twitterfeed has posted my articles from my rss feed, I want to loop my feed and start from the beginning posting the same content
