looknig for a form on web site?

Hi

I want a user to come to a site of mine and input several inputs. When they clcik submit I could ideally do with:

1) Me being sent a full copy of this form to my email address.

2) the user being sent a full copy of the form.

Any word press forms allow for this? I tried contact form 7 but it didn't seem to have these options.

Hi ... my advice - pay somebody to do it for you or search w3schools, there are few examples about forms .... depending on how big the form is you can hire a freelancer to do that task for you ( my guess on price range - 30-50$)
