hi, i'm lookin for a VCC to confirm my paypal account.

in the past i used the service from secondeye, but i checked today in his website and it shows out of stock.

any alternative ?

This website doesn’t provide vcc anymore since 2017 I tried last,you can check forum thread for new seller on their of that will work for you
 
Try use vcc, or barter
