Looking to start physical office space

So after this corona thing is over, I plant to start physical office with employees that write content and manage website operations.

I am so confused about how the structure would look like as I haven't done it before.

Currently, my virtual writers send me articles on email and I publish them myself but that is not scalable.

I want to scale able and also want to take the business offline so that I get more of human interactions.

Do you guys have any case study, yt video, suggestion or experience with running a content marketing business from physical office location?
