This next June I finish my bachelors degree in Marketing and I'll have more free time to work in web developing, so I want to start brainstorming in order to come up with a feasible plan for this summer.
The objective is to generate my first online revenue with organic traffic, I don't care if its only 50 bucks as long as I'm able to scale them over time and repeat the process.
I'm a beginner, but I did my homework since mid 2020: I know the basics of SEO, Wordpress, and I'm a decent content writer in my native language, Spanish.
My clear weaknesses are niche selection, competitor analysis, and I struggle a bit at linkbuilding. I have created a couple of sites in order to learn, but my niche selection was awful, as the sector was over-competitive for a niche to be ranked high (lesson learned), so this time I have to be really careful about the topic selection, and I would appreciate your help.
My main alternatives are, from less to more work load:
I will be able to invest some money into the project, 50-100$ a month approx. And I plan to do all the work that I can by myself in order to save the budget for linkbuilding and promotion. If the web generates some money I will reinvest it.

- Micro niche website about a software, app, document... With high CTR. Monetized via ads. If this type of webs are easy to set up I could create more than 1.
- Niche amazon site about a particular product.
- Broad niche with a lot of quality content, informative articles with ads, and product articles with affiliate links.
