Keep in mind there is a big difference between sending and inboxing.

Scraped emails will typically contain excessive bounces and spam traps, which will get your IPs blocked or accounts terminated quickly.

I've been mailing for over 16 years and there is so much BS on the net about sending mail. So many scammers just looking to take advantage of novice mailers.

Why would anyone waste their time with sending someone else's list (especially scraped or purchased list) when they could make more money doing it themselves. Anyone can scrape or purchase a list.

I personally only manage or monetize other companies lists that are opt-in and they have fresh new data coming in regularly. I'm only interested in data that I can't easily or cheaply get access to. That's when it's worth my time to take on a new client and I only provide my services on a profit sharing basis.
