Looking to scrape websites and Instagram data

Hi,

I am looking to scrape influencer dB websites for databases of social influencers.

Also, I am mainly looking to scrape Instagram Accounts following, followers, and Hashtags for databases.

Similar to how 'Export Ninja' or 'Ninja Pro' used to work before it was taken down. I believe Python scripts will work here nicely.

I have been asked to state a budget, I am really open to negotiations and am not completely sure on budget. But based of export ninja, I would like 30,000 profiles (no duplicates for same hashtags) = $15.

Happy to discuss methods for websites and budget from experience. Also, open to all offers for Instagram.
