I'm looking to rent an old FB ad account.
You will have to provide me team viewer access.
No blackhat ads etc.
I'm going to pay $20-50/day to the user.

I'm confused. You need a fan page with many members or facebook ad account to promote your products ?
 
I thinks what op mean is looking for fanpage.. Not an a account
 
Correct me if I'm wrong guys but you need a fan page also to run ads, am I right?
I runned ads only once and it required me to have a fan page.
 
just dont violate any rules from fb+ no fake items then your ad should be fine.

With this budget i think you should make FB Ads by your own personal FB.
It's too small for a Business FB acc. If you are interested in renting, i can help you
 
You know, it would be cheaper to just buy an account if you're thinking of running ads for more than 2 weeks
