Can someone please refer me to the most cost effective option? Once upon a time you could get 10K on fiverr years ago, is there anything out there that is relatively low cost?

a lot of panels of late have struggled to deliver quality
and its just not worth [ cheap ] as it likely going to
do little for you.

Forget about the prices that you used to be able to get. That goes for all services.

But check the marketplace, you'll find quite a few panels that provide Twitter services at relatively cheap prices.
