Looking to purchase 3 proxies

I know this has been asked several times, but I'm only looking to buy 3 proxies for instagram accounts, so I assume they need to be dedicated/private. Can anyone recommend a seller or tell me what they use?
Ideally I'm looking to spend >$2 per proxy if that's possible.

I've looked through the sellers here, and people's recommendations but I found they are either selling a minimum of 5 proxies or the sellers don't have much likes so I'm a bit hesitant to order from them.

All 3 accounts are local businesses in Canada. Does it make a difference which country the proxy is for?

the location matters, if you login from a different location than your previous logins, instagram will ask you to verify the accounts

Verifying them wouldn't be a problem, as long as instagram doesn't flag my account because of it anywhere is fine.

if your accounts aren't spammed, you won't get banned. the IP/proxy doesn't matter. Otherwise a tons of legit accounts will be banned when they will log in from public wi-fi in aiports, restaurants etc
