looking to pay for traffic/visits

hello , i am looking to promote a car delership, so niche is whitehat , usually spending about 150-200$/day on fb ads , but quality of leads /potential customers has gone down significantly.
google ads is useless on this budget so i am looking someone that can run maybe taboola or other ads/traffic sources for my ads ( basically available cars/items for sale )
geo is USA only. if traffic is good quality/ interested geo etc, i can pay 15% over the ad fees ,around that, but we can talk more if interested leave me your telegram
