Looking To Partner With Mailer That Knows How To InBox

here is the situation, I am getting into emailing myself, and I have a VPS with everything setup (multiple domains, multiple ips, spf, dkim, rdns, demarc, _adsp, mx). I am still getting thrown to the spambox with major providers. (I think i know what the problem is, but need confirmation)

I want to JV with an experienced bulk mailer so that I can figure out what I have done wrong or what remains to be done. Depending on what the problem is, I may need some guidance in actually implementing the solution. What will you get in return? You get the use of my vps in return for your knowledge and perhaps we could negotiate a profit split between ourselves.

I am NOT looking for someone with just an email list, I am not interested in people that don't know how to bulk mail trying to use my vps. I have been pouring my life into this and I will know if you really know what you are talking about or not. I'm not interested in newbies with less than 20-50 posts, unless you can prove you know your stuff.

Does your software offer you a spam check on your emails created? Many do, and it gives you insight into what may be wrong, or at least what to look at.
