Looking to outsource: Need long-term workers for my web design/graphics company

Hey guys,

I am looking for a long-term team of workers that can do a variety of work for my new company. I am currently setting up my own site, but I have many potential customers and I can not handle the load by myself. I offer web design and building, SEO services, and logo/graphics design. I will not provide you with a stable income, rather I will pay per-project. I also cannot guarantee a certain number of projects, but I would like people who are there when I need them.

I am currently looking for people skilled in:

Photoshop (splicing for web design, also need people with advanced logo design skills)

Flash (for editing flash based websites and templates)

HTML/PHP/XHTML/CSS/Javascript (for website design and script installation and fixing)

I prefer to outsource (I'm in the US). I am extremely familiar with Middle-Eastern and Indo-Pak culture and can work well with pretty much anyone. I would like the opportunity to know my team and have a close relationship with everyone who works for me.

Please post resumes if interested, as well as portfolio/work sample and how much you charge (although like I said, most payments will be per-project and not hourly).
