Looking to NUKE a Blog Article on 1st Page

Looking to hire a BH'er with proven results and quality profile here on BHW.

Have an article on the 1st page of Google with PR 5. This article needs to move down to page 5 or under or disappear.

You are welcome to use any tactics you feel will assist in this effort.
