Looking to Monetize already developed web apps

So I am looking for guidance here, I had this 2 projects that where cancelled by the client
and now i have 2 webapps sitting collecting dust and don`t know where to sell them/market them

Anybody can do me a solid and point me in the right direction on selling them? is there like a webapp marketplace where
people are actively looking to buy apps

I already tried upwork but since I dont have any past jobs people dont react at all to my proposals and already wasted like 40 bucks on "connects"

Any help will be much appreciated
