Looking to JV with some one who can close down Warm Leads.

Hello,

As the title says, I am looking for JV with some one who is good with calling and can close down warm leads provided to him/her.

What are the services?

1.) Static or Dynamic websites.
2.) E-commerce Websites.
3.) SEO
4.) Fb PPC or adwords
etc.

Average payout per services will come around $300.

What I will bring to table?

1.) All the manpower needed to fulfil services we offer.
2.) All the infra needed for the manpower to work and fulfil the services.
3.) Most importantly leads of potential customers.

What partner brings on table?

1.) Make calls and close down warm leads that will be provided to him/her.

As leads will be mostly from USA or CANADA, so I need some one who can work in this time zone rather lives in these two countries.

Profit Sharing?

There are two ways to share profit :

1.) Partner gets flat %age of per sale he makes and rest all the expenses will be taken care by me.

2.) We pen down all the expenses that will be incurred like salaries, rent, electricity, broadband etc and then share net profit equally.

These terms can be discussed with the right candidate once we agreed to go ahead with the JV. We can also have more then 1 JV partner in this.

I'm planning to post my JV on the same services.
But the kind of profit I'm looking at will be much more of what was stated based on my experience as independent consultant.

I am pretty sure you'll find people out here. I'm trying to build the corporate site up and running and will post my JV proposal afterwards.

I have two types of profit sharing, one for someone who does not wants to invest so will get smaller percent age for obvious reasons.
Second, for some one who is willing to bear the equal expenses and we can share profits equally..
