Looking to JV w/ a partner who can program

I've been toying around w/ a whitehat SEO SaaS idea for a while and now I'm looking to JV w/ someone who can program. The service will a subscription service, similar to backlinksgenie and linkpushing.

You will be the technical cofounder. Skills/experiences needed:
- PHP + MySQL
- cURL/expressions/scraping
- APIs (specifically the big social networks)
- payment processing (e.g. PayPal, Stripe integration)

The coding is pretty straightfwd. I can actually do it myself, but am just sick of programming by now.

I will handle the business side of things, including coordinating the launch. I've launched several IM services in the past (though not on BHW). I will also pay for all upfront costs (to be reimbursed once we start earning). I have significant experience in online marketing (launching websites since the late 90s) and general business (having worked in management consulting for the past 7 yrs).

We'll split profits 50/50.
