I own a PR5 website that has been around since 2008.
It is a web 2.0 site that has over 50k pages and gets around 5k page views a day.
I am looking to JV with someone who has experience growing websites in their early stages (this is mandatory). The person must also have in depth online marketing knowledge primarily focusing on whitehat techniques.
I am willing to give a big chunk of equity in the site to the right person. The amount will vary depending on what experience you have and what commitment can be made to the site.
