Looking to Hire: Software Creater

Looking to hire someone create me a private iframe software that is similar to cakeslice but fakes the referrer rather than just blanking it. I would like a similar user interface like that of Cake slice, very friendly/easy to use, I need this ASAP, I've asked a few people on here, but have no time to wait for the project to get started. ***Note: I'm looking for a Premium Product, With a limit to the amount of software licenses to be distributed, no more than 20.
