Looking to Hire SEO Services/Package

I am looking to take the next week or two to decide on a company or individual to work with for SEO packaged services. I work for a company in the United States and we are looking to #1, improve search for a few keywords in our region. Additionally, our primary goal is to drive a demographic to our website and accomplish a goal of contact us through one of about 5 different pathways.

I am the primary decision maker on this and will entertain conversations with reputable companies/individuals only. Standard BHW rules for hiring freelancers will be followed. You must be able to show me good reputation, feedback, solid reviews, testimonials, etc.
