I've looked on Odesk and hired 2 guys before. They both were being paid a trial for 'full time' work. Both not performing how I want them to.
One of them did not reply to me for a week, then told me he is back and ready to work. He worked for about 3-4 days and now no contact.
The other one told me he can only work 5 hours per day. He would send me report with about 20 links in it each day. A lot of these links did not work and at times, a lot of them were blog comments 'awaiting approval'.
Anyway, I am trying to find someone who is UNLIKE the above two, someone who is ready to work for me, and for me only. I posted another job app on odesk, one of MY workers applied to that without even realising it was me again... just goes to show, they apply for more then they can handle - no wonder their performance was bad for me.
So I am looking for someone who will work full time for me, Mon-Fri who knows how to write articles, and knows themselves in SEO.

I would likely try you out for a week, see how you go, and if you're good - I'll take you on.
Payment by PayPal or other methods if we can come to some agreement. Looking to spend $400 per month (before people ask - yes, this is the average wage in some countries - please only post if genuinely interested - no trolls please)
