Looking to hire experienced media buyer

I'm looking for a media buyer for a decent-sized site in video niche.

You need experience in:
- adbuys via networks
- researching targets and cold calling(emailing ) for partnerships/adbuys
- generally being creative about acquiring (Non-SEO) traffic
- SEO
- be able to work independently

We pay well for good work and are looking for a long term partner on this.
