Need someone to make some adjustments in a Wordpress template called Adifier

The template has most of the functionalities I need, but I need more added.
1. Allow "0" priced Promotions to work. As you will find out in the documentation, this template does not allow Promotions to be offered for free. I want my customers to have one promotion type free.
2. Allow once a day a promotion to be used for free, and charge for the next ones.
3. Add some buttons in the Dashboard area to make it more user friendly.
4. Add another payment system.
5. Fix some bugs the template has.
The changes must be perfectly integrated into the template, and follow the template current logic.
I can offer a testing site if needed.
State a price and time needed.
