Looking to HIRE an experienced white hat SEO consultant

I'm looking to hire a professional and VERY experienced SEO consultant to take care of ALL SEO needs of my site.

You must have immense experience with all facets of SEO work.
You must have at least several years of experience, a lot of experience with all the networks and link-building (and all the negative effects associated with many of those tactics)

It might also be good sign if you have over a 1000 BHW posts (or of you have another profile on another SEO forum). This way your reputation can be verified.

I want someone who will be able to meet me over IM every day and talk about the progress of what SEO work being done.

Please reply or PM me, so we can go over my site, the size, important keywords, your monthly salary and SEO expenses necessary to reach my goals.

Note: my site has been established for about 10 years. The battle is really about going from position 4-5 to position 1-2 for various parts of the site.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Post count can simply mean a spammer 12 yo kid (not that there aren't some 12yo geniuses out there).However, if someone has thousands of posts here, on warrior forum, on digitalpoint .... I think that person may be a lesser chance to be a fly by night. I have some PMs from people with 30 posts, ... i don't knowAt least it would be nice if people applying would give some references.As I said, my website is a 10 year old established site, and past irrelevant linkbuilding probably hurt more than helped. So, I'm just trying to find some solid SEO guy. If I can't find one, i'll have to go with an established SEO firm.If anybody else is interested to take a client, PM me, and describe how you work and what your deliverables would be and what to expect.

I used to feel this way. Two of my biggest clients I've ever worked with have both had under 30 posts. One guy registered and posted 15 times so that he could send me a PM. Another guy just lurked and never posted. You should check their work history, not post history. In addition to that, you should know about SEO. Someone who's going to post to directories and blog comments should be avoided, if you can't spot that ahead of time, you're not likely to be happy with results.

Wanting to meet every day is going to be frustrating and a waste of time. SEO is a long term process. I have nothing to tell my clients on a daily basis and would hate to "meet" with them daily to go over updates.

This really may not be the forum for your recruitment, however lurking in the shadows you may meet an experienced SEO guru here, however as some of the posts mentioned you dont need to be looking for a spammer

Personally the things i would look for is active members who give advice and sound advice at that, look at the black hat white hat forums to see who knows their stuff, not just these forums but others too, hopefully you know enough about SEO so you should know what your looking for and the questions to ask, when you think you found a suitable candidate ask them for references, and don't just take their word on what they have done, get them to add a bit of text or an image to a site they are currently working on so as they can prove they are hands on and not going to farm out their friends.

Good luck on your quest im sure there are many capable people here who can help you out but just be cautious.
