looking to hire a yt expert

i hope this is the right place to post this.

im looking to hire a yt expert to teach me some new ways to promote my dating site. i have basically used blogs, email and media buys and wanted to hire someone to teach me yt marketing.

if its a niche dating site i can help but if its a general one its gonna be harder.
