Looking to hire a SEO business development associate

I have a SEO business that's been established for a couple years. We are currently in expansion mode and looking to hire part time OR full time business development agents. Your job would be to solicit to businesses via email, telephone, and job bidding on networks such as freelancer, odesk, guru etc. Looking for someone with good english skills so you can make some phone calls.
