Looking to hire a Reddit Bot developer

I'd like to have a bot built and looking to see if anyone here can do it or has a bot that can do what I'm looking for.

Ideally this bot can do the following:

Main Functions:
- Account Creator
- Upload database/CSV of posts
- Schedule posts from database of posts
- Create/group/manage subreddit channels
- Assign posts to grouped subreddit channels
- Programmable Percentage/Ratio Based upvoter (ex. Setting it to use 30% of total active reddit accounts (randomized) to upvote any post)
- Proxy-enabled
- Multi-threaded/Multi-session
- Auto reply on DM (if possible random or rotating replies from a list)

Human Behavior Functions
- Random logon/logoff
- Random Schedule Auto-posting
- Random Schedule scrolling

Extra
- Subreddit analyzer/aggregator (keyword based, karma/non-karma, categories)
- Shadowbanned checker
