Looking to Hire a Google Ads PLA Expert

I'm looking to hire a Google Adwords PLA Expert. This position will perform the following:

• Examine existing campaigns and adjust them (or start over all together)
• Every week examine campaigns to ensure they are optimized
• Send reports and tweaks to me on a weekly basis on changes that need to be made (Bids/negative keywords/etc)

I already have all my products into Google Merchant and into Adwords, however I feel that I am not optimized and/or do not have the knowledge on if they are even setup right.

The position will be paid a one-time Setup fee & then a weekly basis. Pay is based on experience and references.
