Looking to hire a developer to make a comprehensive social media tool

We have a few social medias (Twitter, Reddit, Insta, Discord, etc) and we have a social media manager who manages all our accounts and posts our memes and edits there.
I want to create a bot that allows me to automate everything.

So the functionality it would need to have:
Reddit subreddit posting, and cross-posting, leaving a comment after the post
Storing a large collection of images, edits, and memes, each with their own tags and filename, and finding the appropriate subreddit to post on.
Recording the posts and checking how many upvotes/downvotes there were
Having the ability to schedule specific posts to specific lists of subreddits
Being able to schedule Discord posts in specific channels/servers
Being able to schedule Instagram and Twitter posts, and also engage in growth factors, such as following a few recommended people per day, liking and retweeting, etc

The two main platforms I want to focus on would be Reddit and Discord.
So I would prefer if you would have some familiarity with those apps.

I'm looking to form a long term relationship with a competent developer, as there are lots of tools and programs I want to build besides this one.
I am also right now working on a PixiJS project, trying to build a web app in Typescript.
