Looking to hire a developer for 2 projecets. (coding)

I am lookign to hire somebody for 2 projects, they are quite different in terms of what they need to do so here goes.


Project 1.

Youtube livestream viewbot and interaction bot.

I am lookign or a youtube viewbot that works with livestreams, and potentially having some human like behavior commenting/liking etc.

Must be able to support 5000-15000 views.
must be stable.
must be able to edit as i see fit, (aka turn viewers down/up as i need it)


Project 2.

PDF data scarper.

If possible i need a tool that takes pdf's and scrape specific data from them and sorts them by value highest to lowest.

this hsould be able to run continuesly till it runs out of pdf's to gather the selected data from.

must be stable.
must keep track and sort finished pdf's by value.
