What's the best methods for Twitter these days in growing a Twitter page, do people still use Jarvee?

2. Posting quality content.

Follow/Unfollow is generally faster to grow accounts than posting quality content, but it requires a bot setup and additional accounts, something posting quality content does not.

Yes, but I did not continue.
Basically, instead of paying for fake followers, you pay to get some real ones.
How much will you get?
That totally depends on you and what you want to do.
 
you can get a bot that will do real users as well, just get someone trusted (plenty in marketplace here). If you do the free giveaways you can get followers as well but tends to be less users and more costly - at least in my experience. and drop off rate is higher because they just want the free stuff

Will you get engaging followers using this method?
 
Posting quality content and start following other people every day
 
Start with follow/unfollow till you hit a decent amount of followers and then you can start trading retweets with accounts with the same amount of followers. Always look at the engagement accounts get before you trade. And make sure the content your retweet for them match your content or you may lose followers.
 
Does mother/slave with jarvee still work? How are the restrictions?

I use a service Tweepsmap and I also occasionally use Commun.it
I stuck to Tweepsmap because it was more affordable. They both work very well.

Could you explain what you mean using the mother / slave in this situation?

If you're doing follow / unfollow with a slave account, won't that be the account that grows, and the actual % that then follow the mother account will be low?
