Looking to get into site Flipping, what is best monetization method?

So I want to get into site flipping, I got solid budget and I know enough about SEO hopefully to start this kind of project.
First problem that showed up is monetization technique that I going to use for site?
I going to do KW research based on that.
3 most popular ways seem to be clickbank, amazon and adsense.
What are prons and cons of each one of these that you see?

If your goal is to flip sites, why not spend 2 hours studying what is selling well on sites like flippa.

Look for simple sites that you could honestly replicate. Don't waste your time looking at listings for 10 year old websites with 1000's of posts on them... sites under 2 years old which just contain 10-25 pages and make $100 a month is something you should be able to easily re-create. See what monetisation strategies they use and how well they sell. Look at 20 from each monetisation source and see which sells for the most money.

It also depends on your experience of course. The quicker you get these websites built and making money the quicker you can flip them. If you are brand new to Amazon you will probably have to factor in a month or two while you learn how that works. If you are good at clickbank, you're probably in a position to make this happen quicker.
 
You have already mentioned the 3 most simpler ways to monetize a sites.
I am into building websites and flipping it when they start making $200 to $1k per month. And i prefer amazon to adsense.

With amazon, you can reach your goal within 6 months if you know what you are doing. i.e. proper keyword research.
 
Get on flippa and see what's going there. Honestly I've flipped a few sites and I know exactly what people on flippa are looking for. Revenue. Everyone there wants to get rich quick and not put in the work. Just revenue and they'll buy your sites.
 
i think the monetization method doesn't matter , what's matter how much your monthly income that's all , if i am a buyer on flippa i want to buy a website that's make money without much work , that is the psychology of flippa buyer , focus on it .

Can you please explain why you belive my goal is easier to reach with clickbank? if I understund clickbank on first place. why its easier reaching goal the doing adsense or amazon? thanks
 
What about lipstick flips. Go on something like namejet. Backorder domains about to expire. Buy low , sell high. Check Estibot and make sure to pay way below what its asking.

I see the biggest ROI with this.

Haven't tried yet.

I am guessing because CB payout is higher, you need less traffic to get to the $100 (or whatever your goal is) per month
 
Well if you plan to sell it on flippa then go with adsense. Everyone on flippa loves Adsense

If your looking for a 4 year old established website that generates $3,600 a month 4,000 visitors a month.Only takes 5 hrs per week, forwarding emails.
