Does anyone have any suggestions?

Im looking for bandwidth, memory, and uptime mostly.

Also has to be cost effective.

This has been asked for so many times. You are not specific with what you are asking. Eg: At least 1 TB of bandwidth, 1 GB of Ram,

If you really need some help, you should tell us what are you doing with the VPS ? Proxy Server ? Mass Mailing ? Website hosting ? Offshore to avoid DMCA ?

Is it Linux / Windows ? Legal/ blackhat stuff ? and your budget ?
