As we all know, parking accounts are pretty hot to get and most programs are hard to get into. When I first started out, it was hard for me to get one too!
This is what I suggest when trying to get an account.
Get involved with the domaining industry, once you do; talk to others that might seem like they have been around awhile. Often times, they might have connections to who will be able to help you.
Piggy backing off other people's names. May seem like an outlandish thing to do but it can work like a charm if you do it the right way.
Use your real information, they check on this stuff hardcore. Get a sponsor that you trust if it's that difficult.
Call them, it is NOT that hard to pick up a phone and call them. Get to know them, what they are looking for. If you have a language barrier, get someone to call them. I have many contacts overseas that I call for them and they get in. It's all a matter of utilizing your brain and skills.
Don't try to cheat because their system is better than yours, believe that.
