Looking to forward voice notes in Instagram

Hey, so I'm doing outreach for a client using their Instagram account, and I've noticed that because he is such a big influencer, everyone thinks it's someone messaging on his account trying to sell something. I have noticed that on my personal account, I can forward voice notes, and they don't come up as forwarded in the inbox; they just look like a regular message. That being said, I can have my client record a bunch of voice notes and send them to myself and then forward them to others..... except for one small thing. When I hold down the message on my client's account, it doesn't have an option to forward. So this leads me to believe that it has to do with either a setting or a type of account/Instagram version. If anyone could help me figure this out, it would be greatly appreciated. These are the following things i've already tried or the information you might need to know:

-Both my personal and my client's account a professional account as a "Creator"
-We have cleared the cache and uninstalled the app.
-We are on the same instagram version: 381.1.2.26.83

Thanks in advance, any workaround would be great too.

Check if you both are following each other. Instagram made an update recently that only people who follow each other can send voice notes. Another thing to check is if your account is in good standing. You can go the settings tab and look for "account status". It will directly tell you if you violated any terms, and once you remove them, you will be able to use all features again.

When forwarding messages to verified accounts, Instagram may trigger restrictions or additional security measures.
