looking to extract information

hello,
i am looking for someone who can do the following job
i need to extract instagram accounts that meet certain criteria

EXAMPLE:
soundclouds like this one:
https://soundcloud.com/majidjordan

on the right side they have a link to an instagram account
i need to extract instagram accounts of soundcloud users that have uploaded a track with a certain text strings in the title. notice Majid's second track includes "feat drake", well if my text string was "feat drake" then Majid's instagram should be in the extracted list

i don't know if this is clear enough, i hope it is!
