Looking to do a case study but need questions answered first

Well I've been reading in this forum for the last 2 months now and I've finally decided to just take action. I'm pretty confident that I have what it takes. I will make a case study once i FULLY understand my plan and get some questions answered.


i'm going to outline basically what my plan is as of now:

1. Find the right keywords to rank for via research or by users who sell them in this forum(preferably about 5 sites for 5 separate keywords)

2. buy domains that best fit with those keywords

3. depending on what niche the keywords are, i might try to rank the other pages on my sites for other keywords and even the front page for other keywords if necessary or possible. I will try to fully maximize my traffic.

4. i will find the right hosting plan(any suggestions is welcomed) that has the capability to host around 10-20 sites. I am only planning on 5 sites at the moment but the 10-20 is my ultimate goal.

5. purchase scrapebox and AMR to help with seo'ing the sites.

6. get content onto the sites. i am thinking about outsourcing half of the content as i am not much of a skilled writer.

7. use adsense as top monetizing feature. I will also do some cpa offers along with clickbank if I find the right niche and keyword that goes well with the clickbank product.

1. What do you guys recommend I use for my sites? Wordpress? Blogger? Or just a regular site?

2. Where Can I find good themes for this recommendation? if you said wordpress, where can i get the best wordpress themes?

3. Where is the best place to outsource my content?



Any other recommendations are helpful. When I gather up all the information I need from these responses I will take action and start my case study.

1. Wordpress has lots of advantages over blogger and regular sites.

ok, I will be using adsense MOSTLY. however, i would also like to throw in cpa offers and clickbank products if possible. which one works best with all offers?

Blogger?? I though you said that you were going to purchase your domain??? I would go with GoDaddy for the url and hostgator for the hosting package....I have a coupon for GoDaddy where you can get url's for $7.99 and then host your site on HostGator for $8 / month. That will give you unlimited websites. If traffic peaks then you can always upgrade as you will certainly have the money to do so then. Once you have your URL pointed to Hostgator you can then choose the option to run Wordpress on the site. HostGator offers a quick one button push system to getting WordPress on the site. Once Wordpress is uploaded to the site you can then go into the Wordpress settings and upload your theme, plugins, etc.

100% Wordpress unless you like to hand code your site that is. Wordpress offers so many plug-ins now days that you can pretty much setup shop and leave the rest for the plug-ins.

There are tons of Wordpress plug-ins out there. Just Google "WordPress Themes"

This one I do not know the answer to this one as I do all my work myself. Freelance I've heard is really good to find writers.

- I suggest to use wordpress, most of our clients are using this.

- it really depends, if you have a concrete plan about your case study then let us know so we can suggest you better ideas.

- I recommend going to firms with a proven track record of dependability and proficiency in offering business consultancy and leased office staffing & management services.

Stay well away from Godaddy.

Buy your domains at namecheap and host them at hostgator with the baby plan to start. It's the cheapest option. Stay away from blogger as you don't have control over the domain.

Wordpress is your best option for starting out, it has fantastic on site plugins and social plugins. If it's adsense you're implementing then use a very basic theme similar to xfactor clickbump. Make sure you edit the theme to the sites needs as the standard xfactor doesn't cut it anymore.
