looking to derank google image

for whatever reason this damn mugshot of me keeps jumping up. now i am trying to get a job and some shit that was over and done with years ago is haunting me. there is one site that seems to be pushing it up further than others. please let me know if you can help me, even if only to point me in the right direction. thanks in advance for your consideration.
