so you are looking for negative SEO for a competitor? not sure if anyone here actually does this, but if you find someone I can use a service like that too

Don't try negative seo on that site, sometime that will make that site too stronger. So, try reputation management by promoting different social profiles and pumper sites that will out rank that site.
