Looking to create a prodcut ....need direction

I have an idea for a new product. This will be a product that would be similar to a muscle / diet drink but more medical.

I am looking for information on creating a new product.

Legalities, payment processing (charge backs) etc.

I remember seeing a thread about this before but I can not find it now.

I know that there is a little bit of a risk involved so I will have to incorporate as well as hire an attorney to cover my ass.

Just wondering if anyone has any documentation or links to similar threads for this.
