seriously no need to pay for this, HTTrack can get the job done easily for you. I am sure you dont need custom scrape.

Here you go in 6 steps:
1. HTTrack search for it
2. Search for tutorials
3. Copy paste the site URL you want to copy
4. Go grab coffee
5. Open your cloned site ^^ and have fun with it .... !
6. I do not know what to write here
